Old New Band, New Old Car

I spend countless hours on these damn internets looking for/at cars. I don't have anything specific I'm looking for, but I especially like finding stuff that is of great value (Lotus, Cosworth's, etc), American, and in some way muscle car. When I say "find" I dont neccesarily mean for sale, just to know it existed. Imagine my face when I realized I had finally settle my internal argument of greatest hatch ever: it wasn't between the Civic Type R and a Golf R32, nay, not even a Ford SHOGUN or Renault R5 turbo was crowned king in my mind. Escort Cosworth's lay on top of that spot, far as I'm concerned. So imagine my surprise when earlier today I educated myself on the Panoz Esperante. Looks Italian, sounds like (and is) a ford at heart, and beat World Class competition (Porsche, ferrari, bmw) at Sebring AND Lemans?!?!! WTF!?!?! All that for 100,000 GRAND?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! For real folks, if I win the lottery; screw a ferrari, forget the astons/lambos whatever. Im getting me a handfull of these (coupe, convertible, sleeper, and full race derr) Magnificent auto's. Hand made in GEORGIA?! WHATS UP?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a lighter note I've been on quest for folky american stuff and this real interesting girl in my history class put me hip. Check it out.
